Designed as a speculative residence for Novo Builds, this new home in North Falmouth, Massachusetts was developed as a contemporary interpretation of traditional Cape Cod architecture. Hart Studio Architecture collaborated with Novo Builds and Jennifer Perini Interiors to create a four-bedroom home organized around an open living plan and double-height great room, balancing generous shared spaces with a more traditional residential character.

The project was conceived with both the local market and long-term livability in mind, pairing familiar Cape Cod forms and materials with a more open, contemporary interior. Completed as a developer-led project, the home sold at asking price within its first week on the market
